Wrap over the achilles tendon at the lower portion of the leg, place round part below the affected area of foot, pull the elastic tension strap slightly up with both ends, press hook onto body wrap, strap should apply pressure at back of arch as comforts.

Do hand wash in lukewarm water with mild soap and air-dried.
